Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay Hong Kong

Room is clean and spacious. Near to shopping malls, great location.

Larger than normal room, able to accommodate two adults plus a child Friendly staff. Good breakfast included

Not Hotel's fault, but difficult to get taxis, as in a side street.

Great location for those who are staying for shopping purposes only. Also some nice restaurants a walking distance from the hotel like well-known Din Tai Fung. The hotel main entrance is just five steps from one of the main shopping malls Times Square and 5 minutes walk from Sogo that is located on the busiest crossroad in Hong Kong island. Great location if you are there to shop, no need to travel far, all is near by.

I stayed in both Holiday Inn Express Causeway Bay and Soho and I must say that the hotel needs serious renovation compared to the cheaper one in Soho. The second hotel is just super in terms of everything, but Causeway Bay one is disappointing. There is a scent on all floors and rooms are just not clean enough. I would suggest to stay in Holiday Inn Express Soho that is on the other side of the island on Jervois street, there is more life going on, numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, IFC shopping mall, etc..

Room is just right for 2.clean and nicely designed. They mineral water was replenished every day. There was also bedroom slippers.

1) Very unstable Wi-fi 2) I wanted a cab from hotel to airport express station. The staff called the security to help in flagging a cab but when I went down to the hotel drop off point, there was no taxi nor do I see the security guard 3) breakfast in the hotel cafe is average

The staff were very good, very helpful in giving directions, useful local travel tips.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great! Close to the subway and right next door to Times Square for shopping.

I hated the breakfast. You can choose between having a tray of cold coffee, cold eggs & ham thrown at you, or a tray of stale cornflakes thrown at you as you sit at a very sticky table. There are also Chinese breakfast trays available but we didn't try those. The lobby is very noisy; the elevators are annoying because the first three don't actually go up to the guest rooms so you have to walk all the way to the end of the hallway. I arrived at 4pm and they made me wait for my room. After a half hour I asked to have my room and they just handed me the key so I don't see why they had to make me wait and then not tell me it was ready.

I like the location specially it's quite near the convention center. Also the front desk people are courteous.

The TV. They should invest in LCD or LED.

The room is clean but small. Sofa bed is a good option for family travel. No more than 4 people. The location is good. Right infront the time square. I love it.

The breakfast menu mostly served pork and ham. Which not a good option place to eat for moslem.

extra sofa bed. I took the sofa bed so that my wife and small baby would be more comfy on the queen sized bed. sofa bed area means bigger area as well.

tsim sha tsui area is still better to stay in than causeway... but the shops in causeway can compete at least shopping wise. and the hotel rooms are cheaper

Breakfast was so bad (cold & badly made/poor service/dirty tables) that we didn't go back after the first morning - preferred to pay for 2nd breakfast in alternate location Room wasnt that clean - food on table / slightly grubby bathroom

The Location is right where all the action is - very vibrant & alive at all times. Shopping - lots of options - is next door & the Ocean Park is also a 15 minute cab ride away.

The Express under Holiday Inn chain is popular because of Breakfast Inclusion. But the breakfast inclusion was a farce in this case. There was no buffet - only set MENUs - so no choice & limited food. For Vegetarians, the only menu was 100ml Orange Juice, Fruits - 8 thin Slices, Oatmeal & Tea/ Coffee - with a ttally chaotic breakfast restaurant. Also, 2 days out of 3, Fruit & Oatmeal were finished !!!! But ther were not more than 20-25 Veg. Guests in the entire hotel. They are actually fooling people when they say Rates are Inclusive of Breakfast. This must be one of the worst breakfast across the Holiday Inn Express Brand.
